If you’ve ever had a desire to work closely with people and help them get involved in our sport, then getting certified as a RiderCoach may be for you. Wheels In Motion, Inc. is always looking for people who have ethics, integrity; a passion for motorcycles and making Colorado a safer place to ride.

Becoming a RiderCoach takes a level of commitment that requires time and perseverance that, upon successful completion of our RiderCoach Apprenticeship program (RCAP) and RiderCoach Prep (RCP) will reward you many times over for years to come both on a personal and professional level.

Wheels in Motion, Inc. has a RiderCoach Trainer on staff that regularly keeps our RiderCoaches briefed on the latest teaching methods that are based upon motor skill, brain-based, adult learning principles. The continuous professional development “loop” that our staff is plugged into keeps their skills sharp, which in turn makes for a better learning environment for our students.

So if you want to be part of our team, make the first move by filling out an application to get the wheels in motion (pardon the pun!). After we receive your information, we’ll contact you to set up an interview and give you additional information.
